Hi, I’m Rochelle Cheever—founder of The Elopement Experience™, artist, designer, and author of three books on elopements.
Raised in Rome, I was immersed in art, history, and a culture that celebrates beauty. In Italy, every experience—whether a meal or a celebration—is treated as an art form. This philosophy shapes my approach to weddings, where elegance, intention, and storytelling come together to create meaningful, stylish celebrations.
With a Master of Fine Arts from the Florence Academy, I began as a painter and photographer, refining my eye for design, color, and composition. Now, as a creative director and designer, I blend European elegance with modern, relaxed California style to curate luxury elopements worldwide.
