This past June, we had the privilege of planning a luxury, intimate Lake Como wedding for a delightful couple from Canada. This was the second wedding for both, and they enjoyed a week-long adventure in the stunning Lake Como region, filled with personal touches, luxury, and unique experiences. With a guest list of just 15 close family members, including their children, the celebration was both intimate and timelessly elegant.

A Dream Week in Lake Como

The bachelor party was held at the Grand Hotel Tremezzo, a historic property renowned for its elegance and luxury. This celebration allowed the groom to relax and enjoy the company of close friends in a truly opulent setting, complete with fine dining and exclusive access to the hotel’s amenities.

No visit to Lake Como would be complete without experiencing the lake itself. The couple ensured plenty of time on the water with private boat rides that showcased the lake’s serene beauty.

The couple arranged a cooking class at their villa to add a personal and interactive touch to their week. This hands-on experience allowed them and their guests to learn how to prepare traditional Italian dishes under the guidance of a local chef. The menu featured the couple’s favorite dishes, including shellfish, steak, and fruity cocktails, served in a luxurious yet relaxed setting, reflecting their tastes and creating an inviting atmosphere for their guests. The evening they ended with a live presentation of Millefoglie, the traditional wedding cake in Italy.

We also ensured that a team of photographers and videographers beautifully captured every moment of the day. They worked discreetly throughout the day, documenting every smile, tear, and joyful moment so the couple could relive their special day for years, including some iconic family formals.

The wedding also included a private boat ride on Lake Como, adding a sense of adventure and luxury to the celebration. We had three boats and stopped at a nearby village for aperitivo spritz.

• Music: The music included a mix of 70’s hits, Michael Bublé, and reggae. This playlist set a relaxed and joyful tone, adding a personal touch to the celebration and contributing to the fun, laid-back atmosphere the couple desired.
• Private Chef: The dinner was a true highlight. An incredible private chef traveled from Tuscany with his team to create a bespoke sit-down meal. This added a touch of luxury and made the dining experience personal and unforgettable. The menu was fully customized to the couple’s taste.
• Professional Team: We also brought in top-tier photographers, videographers, and a hair and makeup team to ensure that every aspect of the day was captured and everyone looked their best. The celebrant led the ceremony gracefully, guiding the couple through their heartfelt vows.
• Boat Ride: As a special touch, the couple enjoyed a private boat ride around Lake Como, stopping at a few villages off the beaten path for newlywed photos and a chance to explore. This journey allowed them to experience the serene beauty of lesser-known spots around the lake, creating intimate memories and capturing stunning photographs that perfectly reflected the romance of their day.
